BACON AVOCADO & EGG BREAKFAST CROISSANT

What you need

• 3 strips of streaky bacon • 1 egg • 4 slices of bacon • 1 croissant

Method

1. Heat up a pan and let streaky bacon cook.2. Remove the bacon strips and place them on a napkin for the excess oil to drain away. 3. In the same pan pour in a little bit of cooking oil in order to cook the egg. 4. Cook the egg on medium-low heat for about 3-4 minutes. 5. While the egg is cooking, slice your croissant in half then on the bottom half, place three strips of bacon then the sliced avocado. 6. Finally when your egg is ready, place it on top and cover it with the other half croissant piece and serve.

PORK MEATBALLS

What you need

• 1/2 kg of ground pork • Salt • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 1/2 tsp of paprika • 1 tbsp of garlic powder • Some chopped dhania • Breadcrumbs

Method

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with the spices and dhania. 2. Add bread crumbs in phases and mix until you get a consistency that allows you to roll them into balls. 3. Once you finish, pre heat your oven. 4. While your oven is heating up, place your meat balls on a baking tray and into the oven. 5. Bake them in a 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. 6. Once ready, toss them in a sauce and serve.

THYME, GARLIC PIMENTO RED SNAPPER What you need • 2 lemons • 4 cloves of crushed garlic • 1 tsp of crushed ginger • Salt • 1 tsp White pepper • 3/4 tsp of pimento (all spice) • 1 tbsp of olive oil • Chopped up Sprigs of thyme • 2 red snappers

Method

1. In a bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, ginger, white pepper, pimento, salt, chopped and olive oil. 2. Slice your lemons and squeeze the juice into the bowl, mix everything well then apply on the fish and marinate overnight. 3. The next day, remove it from the fridge and let the fish come to room temperature. 4. Pre heat the oven and bake the fish in 180 degree for 35 minutes.
