Let’s make this delicious spicy wet fry tuna salad. The fish is well spiced, and once mixed with the salad it makes it a complete meal.

It is also a healthier option for the day. We will use simple ingredients to make it work. Let’s get into the kitchen.

What you will need:

500g fresh tuna

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black Pepper

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon oregano

1 lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, sliced

1 capsicum, diced

1 lime, halved

What to do:                        

In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the tuna chunks until golden brown; about 3 minutes on each side.

Add paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to taste. Then add the vinegar and bring to a boil until the liquid reduces and it slightly thickens.

Once the sauce coats the fish, sprinkle the oregano over the fish and set aside. Toss the shredded lettuce with tomato and capsicum.

Add a teaspoon of olive oil, juice of one lime and mix well. Place the lettuce on your serving plate and serve with the spicy wet fry fish. Enjoy.
