It can turn out as a surprise for the family in the morning or even for  a bed breakfast for your loved ones. Ingredients - Wheat flour or self raising - Caster sugar - Yeast - Milk or Water - Eggs - Butter or margarine - Sultanas   Method 1. Take the basic bun dough and roll out into a rectangle 30cm by 10cm. 2. Brush with melted margarine or butter. 3. Sprinkle liberally with caster sugar. 4. Sprinkle with 25g currants, 25g sultanas and 25g chopped peel. 5. Roll up like a Swiss roll, brush with melted margarine or butter. 6. Cut into 8 slices across the roll, 3cm wide. 7. Place on a greased baking tray with deep sides. Cover and allow to prove. 8. Bake in a hot oven at 220c for 15 - 20 minutes. 9.
