Ingredients:
250g uncooked tri-color spiral pasta, boiled al dente
¼ cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 celery stick, chopped
¼ cup green peppers, chopped
¼ cup, cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped
½ cup Italian-style dressing
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Mix the chopped carrots, celery, cucumber, green pepper, tomatoes and onions together in a large bowl.
Combine the cooled pasta and vegetable together, pour the Italian style dressing into the mixture, toss then add the parmesan cheese and mix well.
Chill for an hour then serve.
