500g minced beef
2 teaspoons cumin

1 egg

4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of finely chopped coriander
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
What to do:
Place the onion and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the minced beef, cumin, salt, chilli, egg, coriander and breadcrumbs with the puréed onion and garlic and mix thoroughly.
Thread the mixture onto skewers about an inch or two in diameter and cook on a hot grill. Make a mixed platter by serving the kebabs with grilled chicken, mishkaki, fries, shredded lettuce, cucumbers and sliced tomatoes. Serve with chooza or chutney sauce. Enjoy!
