A cup of sour milk can help your stomach break food down easily helping in preventing constipation and a bloating. Sour milk has less lactose making it ideal for people who are lactose intolerant. Struggling with cholesterol? Sour milk should be your go-to drink. Vitamin A, Potassium, iodine, calcium, zinc and selenium are found in sour milk. 

Research and studies have found sour milk can help stimulate function of the pancreas and liver, helping eliminate toxins from the body. You can make sour milk at home by adding either lemon juice or vinegar to fresh milk.
