Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga concluded his onslaught on the August 9 presidential election by asking the court to give Kenyans a chance at a repeat election.
In his rejoinder to responses by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and Deputy President William Ruto, Raila and his running mate Martha Karua submitted that the irregularities which had not been rebutted are sufficient to nullify the election.
"The Supreme Court made history in 2017 by nullifying the presidential election. This year it is the IEBC which is making history by admitting that they made mistakes and bungled the presidential election which must be nullified," said lawyer Otiende Amollo.
