Sex robots for men:a weird fantasy

Living

I was recently catching up on international news on various sites when I stumbled upon a very catchy headline on a popular UK publication.

The headline “Not tonight honey, my hard drive has a headache,” was so irresistible it was bound to redirect you there even if your intention was to open a link on global warming and climate change.

The article was about a new female sex robot that promises to take sex to unimaginable levels – intimacy with ravishing sex dolls that can mimic a woman in love.

Sex toys and dolls have been around for a while but this new gadget, which the creator Matt McMullen has christened Harmony, comes with improvements and added benefits for the male clients.

The dolls, which cost between Sh1,040,490 and Sh2,083,368, depending on specifications, have 30 beautiful faces to choose from, 16 ravishing body types, special breasts from AA to triple F, varieties of nipples of different shapes and sizes and 11 different types of genitalia.

Once you buy her, you can adjust the sex robot which works through an app on a smartphone, and create a desirable personality.

To add life, the robot has been made in such a way that it can ‘memorise’ your family members names and your hobbies. To add more flavour, it has a sense of humour and can equally laugh at the clients’ jokes.

When was the last time you wrote someone a letter on paper?

The inventor has gone out of his way to make the robot as human and sexual as possible - there are even plans to make the robot self-lubricating.

The dolls are targeted for lonely hearts like widowers and single men who do not know how to make human relations. So far, the creator says the interest in these dolls is encouraging and he cannot meet the demand from different parts of the world, Africa included.

Critics of this dolls have shunned them saying they normalise rape because the owners can have their way with them with or without consent.

Gadgets like this show how creative the human mind can be especially in its attempts to play God.

Though impressive, looking closely, they cannot match up to the master piece which is the human body and its sexuality.

The more I read about these sex robots, the more I marveled at the genius that God is and how shallow our creations are compared to His.

Even with the millions of sensors that have been wired inside the sex robots body, it still cannot compare to the meticulous web of nerves that exist in a human body to create sensations and waves of emotions during sex.

Much as the inventor tried to ensure the silicon doll can mimic some form of contact with its client, it cannot measure up to the physical contact a real woman can offer a man.

Though these sex robots can produce some fluid in the name of tears to express joy or sadness, this is a shadow compared to the array of emotions a woman can express.

Finally, whatever new improvements the inventor makes, they can never come up with a robot that can reproduce.
