A perfect holiday savoury cheesy bake.What you will need:-1 packet of pasta boiled
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

300g cheddar cheese grated
200g mozzarella cheese grated
What to do:-Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and stir in the flour. Add the milk and whisk until smooth. Add the garlic paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add the oregano and cook until the sauce thickens.
Place the cooked pasta in a casserole or baking dish. Pour the white sauce over the pasta. Preheat the oven to 180C and bake the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven sprinkle with the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and bake again for a further 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and formed a crust.
