Let’s make dry fry sautéed chicken.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 onion, diced
1 capsicum, diced
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
1 teaspoon black pepper

1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method:
In a pot add the oil and sauté the onions until soft. Add the garlic ginger paste and mix well.
Add the capsicum and black pepper, and mix with a spatula. Now add the chicken breast, mix and cover with a tight lid.
Remove the lid after about seven minutes, or until the chicken produces its natural juices. Crumble in the bouillon cube and add salt. Mix thoroughly.
Then add the lime juice and cook until all the liquid is almost evaporated. Serve with plain rice and yoghurt or ugali and kachumbari. Enjoy!
