Defence Cabinet Secretary nominee Aden Duale said that it was wrong for the Kenya Defence Forces to be involved in civilian jobs like the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) and Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) in the Jubilee regime.
Duale who is the Garissa Township MP said there were three functions for the KDF as enshrined in the Constitution and under President William Ruto and his tenure at the Defence Ministry the military will not be involved in civilian jobs.
