 In order to stay motivated for whatever your goals are, here are a few simple tips:

·   Start with the end in mind. Write a clear and concise end goal then build on this by writing the           steps you need to take to achieve it.

· Set realistic timelines for achieving your goals so you don’t burn out.

·   Track your progress to help you see how far you have come.

· Start. Set a timer for your exact start date and time.

· Set mini goals and reward yourself every time you achieve one.

· Create a motivational environment to work in using lighting, scented oils and candles and mood music.

· Gather everything you need before you start so you do not get distracted.
