Get shoe-garnised on a budget

Fashion and Beauty

What one thing never fails to make you feel better??

Shoes - they are fun to possess, we love to buy them, and they are fun to wear until they are off our feet! Then they become a nightmare. A good number of shoe consumers have no idea how or where to store their shoes.

The basic shoe rack grows too small for an average household and we are left constantly looking for ways to keep those kicks stored in perfect condition. Here are a five innovative ways to get shoe-garnised.

Shoe bench

Do you struggle putting on shoes while standing? A shoe bench will offer you a place to sit on while tucking away your extra shoes underneath. You can get it custom-made in any size to fit your space and you can add more shelves while at it. A shoe bench is ideal for shoes that you wear frequently.

Wall shelves

Wall shelves are great for shoe storage because they occupy space that you would not be using anyway. Wall shelves can go any height between the ceiling and the floor.

Pallet rack

Palette racks are a surprisingly good way to store shoes, especially flat shoes. Palettes are found in plenty along storage warehouses and go-downs they range from Sh300 to 700.

Another budget idea is a ladder shoe rack. All you need is a ladder old or new. If you find a regular ladder too small, you can make a much wider ladder to accommodate all your shoes.
