Rihanna on White House visit: 'Best thing? My president being black'

Achieving Woman

Pop beauty Rihanna spent a day at the White House where she did what anyone would really - and pretended to be Olivia Pope from hit TV show Scandal. Dressed in an orange, red and blue dress, RiRi posed up a storm in a series of snaps posted to her Instagram page referencing the sexy political thriller.

But when asked about the best bit by a photographer as she left, she didn't say it was channeling Olivia Pope.

Rih responded: "My president being black." And then she made her way into her waiting car.

"CYRUS!!! LET ME IN!! #DayAtTheWhiteHouse", she captioned one snap of her posing up a storm in the President's digs.

The Rude Boy babe then flicked her leg back as she posed with a phone, writing: "Fitz, darling...", referring to character Fitzgerald Grant, played by actor Tony Goldwyn. Clearly loving the whole experience, Rihanna couldn't get enough as she stepped behind a podium in the White House's press briefing room, where she channeled press secretary Abby Whelan. "#heyAbby", she wrote.

The S&M singer made a statement with her style - as any Olivia Pope wannabe would - and wore a bright dress with a striped blue and white shirt underneath. The pop princess completed her look with a pair of black strappy sandals and a black handbag.

She piled her long tresses into a simple bun and wore gold hoop earrings for a bit of extra glam.  ABC/Craig Sjodin ABC's "Scandal" stars Kerry Washington as Olivia Pope

Rihanna appeared in high spirits as she put stresses surrounding her stalker behind her for the day.

According to Reuters, the superstar has a stalker with some of the same obsessional traits as the man who killed John Lennon.

New York City judge Orlando Marrazzo warned: "He appears to be a ticking time bomb who is wholly fixated on [Rihanna], and poses a direct threat of serious physical harm or death to her and anyone around her."
