Retired major general Hussein Ali in not worried by fresh i-c-c
investigations into how the police conducted themselves in Kisumu and
Kibera. The former commissioner of police says the decision of the
international criminal court not to commit him to trial over killings in
Naivasha and nakuru was a welcome vindication of his service during
that period. The ICC pre-trial chamber refused to confirm the charges
against ali after prosecutots failed to tie the police force to killings
