3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons ghee
1 1/2 cups water
Extra ghee for cooking
What to do:Mix all the ingredients well and then add water a little at a time. If the mixture is hard, add a little bit of water; if it’s soft, add some flour. Knead till you get a soft dough.
Roll the dough flat and add some extra ghee on top. Roll and fold like you are making cinnamon rolls. Cut into 7 or 8 pieces and press the pieces with your fingers to shape. Now roll individual chapatis.
Place a frying pan on a stove on medium-high heat. Place the chapati and cook. Flip the other side and toss around with a paper towel. Add ghee and flip again to add ghee on the other side. Repeat with all the chapatis. Enjoy!
