200 grams of mango

Start by blending the mango to give a mango puree. In a clean dry bowl, put the all-purpose flour, add one teaspoon of baking powder and salt. Sift this mixture at least two times to have a light and fluffy cake.
In another bowl, place unsalted butter and beat it until it turns pale and fluffy. Add sugar and mix it in well. Add it two eggs, one at a time while beating the mixture for half a minute.
Next, add the vanilla essence and beat the mixture. Add the mango puree and mix it well.Now add in the sifted flour in three rounds while folding gently. Be careful not to add too much flour.
Transfer the batter into a ready baking pan and bake for about 32 to 35 minutes.Place the pan on a cooling rack and wait for the cake to completely cool down before cutting and enjoying it.
