Start by determining what areas of your life you want to audit. Examples could be family, health, skills, productivity, relationships etc. Basically, any part of your life can be audited.
Compile your data using a list of questions you can either prepare yourself or find online. There is no one way of doing it but ultimately you want to score yourself on all areas. You can ask a friend to co-audit you if you need to.
Life audit’s often reveal more than one area that need addressing so once you have determined what these are, it is important to create an action plan, prioritizing the most important and laying out specific remedies.
