Our skin is one of the most important elements of beauty. Whether we admit it or not, we’d all want to have clear and flawless looking skin with or without make up.

Before we start, you need to understand that we all have different skin types that respond to products differently. What is your skin type? This should be your first question. Some people have dry skin and others oily skin, or even a combination of the two. Find out where you fall.

Due to our different skin types, your skin might be fond of certain beauty products more than others. If you feel like foundation is too heavy for you, you can opt for a BB or even CC cream depending on what your skin needs. On the same note, take time to learn how to apply your make up properly.

Keep in mind that a routine doesn’t always have to include a thousand steps. Keep it short and be aware of ingredients that may react with your skin.

Whether you prefer homemade or pre-made scrubs, you’ll be able to get great results.

iv. Good diet

It goes without saying that what you consume affects how your skin looks. If you have a diet only consisting of fatty and oily foods, you’re likely to experience breakouts. If you don’t drink enough water, you’ll never give your skin a chance to be at its best. Clear your skin from the inside out by incorporating water, healthy foods and fruits like bananas and carrots that have powerful antioxidant properties. The truth is, it will be much harder to get clear skin without embracing a healthy lifestyle so you better get on with the program.
