Former American first lady Michelle Obama is no cope-out when it comes to exercise...and she has a strong, toned physique to show for it! Her arms are one of her most envied body parts. At the age of 53, when most of her age-mates banish sleeveless items to the furthest recesses of their wardrobes, Michelle often shows off her toned triceps and biceps in off-shoulder and sleeveless dresses, sleeveless tops, and fitted slim sleeves. What she does: Believe it or not, all it takes is nine minutes of two simple exercises. According to her long-time personal trainer, Cornell McClellan, Michelle Obama does the "ultimate arm-shaping superset." This consists of a mix of tricep pushdowns, using a pulley as resistance, and hammer curls done while holding a pair of dumbbells. Two to three sets of 15 repetitions of this exercise moves should rid you off despised 'bingo wings' and give your arms the toned look you crave. For Michelle, the arm exercises come at the end of a grueling workout routine which involves weight training, rope jumping, and kickboxing.

Rock-hard abs Jada Pinkett Smith

A mother of two feisty teenagers, the 45-year-old actress has a rock-hard core to complement her 5'0 petite frame. According to health and fitness experts, the core is the powerhouse when it comes to any multi-functional exercise movement. Your core muscles are an important part of the sturdy link chain connecting your lower and upper body parts. What she does: Talking to Shape magazine in 2015, Jada revealed that she favours lighter weights with more reps to enhance sculpting. "My trainer and I are into reps instead of heavy weights because the goal now is sculpting," she said. "I love waking stairs because it's great cardio and resistance," she added. Jada also practices yoga.

At the Age of 29, Rihanna's body seems to be getting with age. With her svelte, almost tomboyish frame, the singing sensation doesn't shy away from flaunting her pert derriere in videos, live performances, magazines, and social media. What she does: Rihannah is a big fan of Harley Pasternak's Five Factor workout and diet plans. According to Pasternak, Riri does three sets of 20-25 repetitions of curtsey lunges, step ups, step-across, and stiff leg deadlifts. From a skinny teenager in when he started out in the early 90s, Usher has transformed his body (especially his core) into one that is desired by women and envied by men. What he does: With a vegan diet, Usher believes that nutrition plays a key part in having defined abs. "If you eat clean, you get better results. 70 per cent of ab-work is what you eat," he says. His typical workout routine starts with 20 minutes of meditation, followed by 10-15 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes on the treadmill or stationary bike, and an hour of strength training. Usher only devotes 10 minutes to specialized ab exercises.

Rapper LL Cool J, 49, is one of the most athletic, ripped celebrities in Hollywood. He's so into fitness that he even collaborated with his personal trainer, Dave 'Scooter' Honig, to write a fitness book titled "The Platinum Workout.' His workout routine focuses on chest and arms to get a toned without looking too bulky. What he does: He says that his routine is quite old-school with bench presses, bicep curls, and a lot of intensive interval training to burn fat. With his routine, he aims to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. He has developed a unique circuit training routine which allows for a quicker workout, keeps his heart rate up, and also promotes muscle growth.
