When is Red Table Talk airing? Jada Pinkett Smith prepares to address cheating claims

Entertainment
August Alsina claims he had an affair with Will Smith's wife Jade

Jada Pinkett Smith's Facebook show Red Table Talk is preparing for an explosive comeback - with her as the star.

The series sees Jada, 48, alongside her mum Adrienne Banfield-Norris and daughter Willow interview famous faces about scandals they've faced, and provides "a forum where the perspectives of three different generations on a wide variety of topics are shared".

Fans cannot wait for the talk show to air its next episode as host Jada has revealed she herself will be in the hot seat to address claims she cheated on her husband Will Smith with 27-year-old August Alsina.

Sharing her intentions to speak out, the 48-year-old tweeted on Thursday: "There's some healing that needs to happen…so I'm bringing myself to The Red Table."

Jada's bombshell came after singer August shared claims he and Jada had a years-long affair with the blessing of her husband Will.

Both Jada and Will have slapped down August's allegations.

The series does not follow a strict schedule and sometimes the show uploads a new episode weekly but other times clips are shared with a two week break in between.

The episodes tend to be released on Monday or Tuesday on the social media platform.

Fans can hardly wait to see what unfolds on the episode.

One commented: "We’re watching!"

While another asked: "You bringing August or what?"

August sensationally claimed that he had been seeing actress Jada for years after being introduced to the famous family by their son Jaden, 21.

The singer said that Will gave his blessing to the extra-marital relationship.

Both Will and Jada have denied the claims.

August made the radical claims during a YouTube interview with Angela Yee.

He said: "I actually sat down with Will [Smith] and had a conversation due to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership … he gave me his blessing."

Speaking about his alleged affair with Jada, he said: "I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life, and I truly and really, really deeply love and have a ton of love for her.

"I devoted myself to it, I gave my full self to it — so much so to the point that I can die right now and be okay with knowing that I truly gave myself to somebody."

He added: "And I really loved a person, I experienced that and I know what that feels like — and some people never get that in this lifetime.

"I know that I am completely blessed and this conversation is difficult because it is so much, that it would be hard for people to understand but — once it starts to affect me and my livelihood — I have to speak up about my truth."

But Jada and Will have denied he's telling the truth.

The couple, who married in 1997, have released statements through their reprensentatives.

Will's people told The Sun that the accusations are "wrong".

And Jada's representatives told Page Six that it's "absolutely not true".
