This is not the first time that the couple has split. They reportedly broke up over Ofweneke’s involvement with a city socialite

Comedian Dr Ofweneke’s wife, Queen Nicah, has walked out of her marriage with the comedian.

Nicah, a gospel musician, accuses the musician of domestic violence.

“Domestic violence is such a bad thing... I had to walk away ... I had to run ... Yes I’m a single mother of two and I know God will watch over my kids,” read part of her Instagram post.

When Heads Up contacted her for more details, Nicah said she was done addressing the subject and that she was “hiding in a safe place.”

“I had to deactivate my Instagram page for my own peace of mind. I just want this to go away,” Nicah told Heads Up.

This is not the first time that the couple has split. They reportedly broke up over Ofweneke’s involvement with a city socialite.

Nicah also accused Ofweneke’s best friend Jerry of fuelling their split.

She claimed that Jerry helped Ofweneke pack up his things when they broke up, encouraging him to get another woman.

She also claimed that Ofweneke left their children in the rain when she went to fight for their marriage.
