Churchill Show’s comedian, Njoro, is not happy with a local radio station which he alleges is taking advantage of an old comedian.
Njoro claims that the comedian, who is new in the show, deserves better treatment since he is funny and has a huge following.
Apparently, the station uploaded some of his clips on YouTube without his knowledge.
“It’s sad and painful. This man is so talented but what our vernacular hosts are doing to him for their selfish gains is bad and sad. Some have even opened YouTube channels thanks to his talent.
I wonder how much they pay him. Yaani anatumiwa vibaya sana. I have a massage for you guys. This is like your father but mnatafuta pesa na talent yake... God halali, the thunder that will strike you ndio inaongezea kuni. Stop using him,” he posted online.
However, the station’s presenter, Muthee Kiengei, denied the claims.
“I beg to correct you. Just visit my Facebook page ‘Kiengei Live’ or ‘Muthee Kiengei.’ I hosted this comedian on Friday and by midnight, he was half a million richer courtesy of Kiambu County Governor.
Further, Urithi Housing and Cooperative gave him a quarter plot at Sahara, 10 goats and Sh50,000. Kiengei Live gave him a new bicycle, new clothes and Sh10,000. His life changed,” he wrote.
