How to get it right on your bra size

Fashion and Beauty

Shopping for bras has remained one huge challenge for many woman for quite a while with many having ended up purchasing bras that are not their fit.

As some buy a bra that ends up to be either small for their fit or too large. By having a bra that comes out as either too small or too large can translate to a lot of pain and discomfort for one making life unbearable. Not only will a properly fitted bra feel more comfortable, but it will make your clothes fit and look better.

To get you into the right fit here are some tips to getting it right:

First and foremost get your measurements right, this may require you to do some math, so as to be able to figure out your own dimensions.

1. Stand straight and relax. Don't inhale and expand your rib cage as if you're about to blow out some birthday candles off a cake.

2. Take your measurements. Using a tape measure, measure all the way around your body, placing the tape measure right beneath your breasts (example: 32 1/2). Add five to that number, rounding up if necessary to the next even number (38). Just as simple as that you have your band size

3. Get your cup size. While wearing a bra, measure completely around the fullest part of your bust (across the nipple) without pulling tight. Make sure the tape measure goes around your entire back the measurement here can be 40

4. Subtract the number from your band size (40-38=2). The result will indicate your appropriate cup size, based on the following chart.

0=AA, 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, 5=DD, 6=DDD

And there you have it so next you go bra shopping, let it not be hurdle.
