"I am a planner who has the advantage of teaming up with an even bigger planner (Ruto), and the two of us cannot just go wrong. I am going to be the Speaker of the National Assembly - the third in command of the country," the Bungoma Senator-elect told The Standard on August 22, 2022.
In fact, the self-assured politician has already endorsed his longest-serving personal assistant (PA) Wafula Wakoli, as his replacement as Senator for Bungoma County.
