Word is that for he last two years he has been going round churches and schools pledging to donate money for various projects. However he has not been donating and now the parishioners and teachers are reminding him to pay up.
Owing to the pledges which are estimated to be about Sh8 million, he can no longer go to church either to pray or to woo voters because he has run out of options.
