Dismissing the latest rumour that his marriage is on the rocks, celebrated Kenyan deejay Crème de la Crème now claims his enemies are haunting him. “Why would someone want to make up rumours about my wife and I on matters so private. How do you go ahead and think we have quarrels in our closet and come up with a theory that we are headed for separation. You must be real evil,” DJ Crème reacted when MondayBlues contacted him over the weekend following damning rumours that he and his wife, Denise, had separated. Speaking on phone from Meru where he had a gig over the weekend, the deejay, who is arguably the biggest in East Africa, said all was well with his wife and their son Jamari. Information adapted from a snap-chat allegedly generated from the celebrity couple on Friday was the origin of the gossip. On Saturday, fans called MondayBlues wondering if the rumour was true. A source went ahead to allege that the couple’s son had not been to school in days, due to the rumoured cracks in the family. “Thank you for calling to confirm all that and I can tell you that there is no truth in it. My wife and I are happy. I think a snap-chat misled people and if that is the case, this is the correction. All is cool,” affirmed the showbiz act who is also a media personality. Crème and his wife are among the most admired celebrity couples in the region hence the keen attention on them. Their son is the most popular local celebrity baby on social media.
