After rebranding and releasing her new track, Sura ya Kazi, recently, fast rising female singer Sosuun is now daring other female rappers to keep up with her pace if they can.
The rapper who is arguably the finest product from Grandpa Records right now says she is here to change the notion that female rappers cannot survive in the music industry.
“This is game on. We not only want to conquer the local scene but also the international stage and that is why we have rebranded and come back with a new track,” said Eric Mutabari of iScan Media, the stable managing her.
Her new release, Sura ya Kazi, is a hard-hitting diss track that has been received positively by music shows. Together with her management, Sosuun began her promotional tour at the Coast on Wednesday and is expected back in the city over the weekend.
“It is my time,” she asserted.
