The first thing most people notice is your face. Lips are a prominent feature and they can either accentuate your beauty or make it dull.
Dry and blistered lips are not only uncomfortable, they do not do much for your overall look.
Here are some few tips on how to get those lips supple and beautiful.
Diet: It is advisable to follow a healthy diet for the overall health of your body and skin. Beautiful lips blossom as a result of good, healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Ensure you add protein and carbohydrates, though minimally, to achieve good skin and lips.
Hydrate: Water is essential in keeping your lips and skin well hydrated. Water helps in flushing out toxins from your body, keeping you looking good and feeling great. Plenty of water, preferably eight glasses of water a day, is the beginning of beautiful skin.
Exfoliate: Your lips are part of your skin, this means they need exfoliation as well. You may exfoliate using a toothbrush, brush your lips lightly to remove any dead skin, alternatively, you can rub sugar on them according to wikihow.com.
Protect: Always protect your lips with lip product that will keep them moisturized. It is advisable to use products that contain sunscreen to protect your lips from the sun.
