Celebrity couple Carey Priscilla and her husband Benito Muriu have announced they are expecting their second child.
Revealing the exciting news to their fans on YouTube, the popular content creators, who are currently on a vacation to celebrate Carey's birthday, showed off their growing bump with excitement.
"We are pregnant with baby number two," they said.
The couple's pregnancy announcement, however, did not come as a surprise to many as Benito had a few months ago asked Carey to agree to give him a second child, a request the model was hesitant about as she wanted to get married first.
"I love you baby. We have been through so much hardship together. All I want is, will you give me another baby? Please say yes. When it comes to a marriage proposal, I will propose to you in Dubai or somewhere else. For now please say yes and give me another baby," said Benito.
"I thought you are proposing to marry me? How can I say yes to that when I want a wedding first," responded Carey.
During their first pregnancy, the duo agreed to keep their journey private from the prying eyes of the public. They were blessed with a bouncing baby boy whom they named Sky Muriu.
"Deep down, I knew what was happening. I was convinced she was pregnant though I was 50-50. But it was hard to tell her that she was pregnant. We had already planned to have a child, and I was the first one to notice she was paged.
"My mum noticed one day I visited her and she advised me on how to take care of the pregnancy," narrated the couple.
Since the arrival of their first child, the couple have gone over and beyond to prove their affection for one another in different ways. Benito gifted Carey her dream car while Carey chose to tattoo his name on her back, a move she came to regret later.
"There is a video we did where I surprised my husband with a tattoo of his name on my back. At the particular moment when I was doing it I was so happy and it was something I wanted to do. However, later after I did that video, it didn't go well with me and it started affecting me. I couldn't continue making content and all because I felt very convicted with what I did," she said.
She, however, said she regretted the move as she influenced many young people to follow a similar path.
"I did it for me but the fact that I posted, I was therefore setting a bad example. In a way influencing these young girls who look up to me to take a different path that I wouldn't want anyone to go through if they weren't ready. I had to take a break and told my husband I wasn't in a position to shoot any more content because anything I wanted to put out inspiring stuff," she went on.
