Firstly, I adore your style. How do you know how to dress so well?

Thank you so much. My sense of style developed early in life because I grew up watching my big sister Hellen dress. I also have an extremely creative mind, which allows me to put pieces together with great ease.

I consider you one of the best-dressed women in Kenya. Where do you draw your style inspiration from?

My style inspiration is innate. I combine colour, texture and pattern effortlessly. I do not put much thought into it really. I am also a huge admirer of Victoria Beckham, Lisa Gaitho, Hailey Bieber and Meghan Markle’s style.

How would you describe your style?

Timeless, chic and simple.

I love how organic your Insta stories are with regular features from Rover, your dog and Richie, and your husband. What would you say is the secret to building a happy life?

Aww, thank you! I do not think we have it figured out, at all. We just do not take ourselves too seriously. Take it easy. Live in the moment.

Aside from fashion, what else holds your interest away from Instagram?

Taking on different challenges as an entrepreneur. Family. I love good food so I am always looking up recipes to try out in my kitchen.

For the Eve woman, the importance of image cannot be understated.  How has your image has contributed to the woman you are today?

Image is everything because I get to decide how I show up to the world. So I step out as my best self and that gives me confidence.

It is my belief that clothes can do a lot for a woman’s confidence, possibly even transform her life. How has your love for style and fashion influenced how you view yourself?

Style is a form of self-expression. I work from home most days. So every day I get to wake up and pick out the best outfits just for me. That is a form of self-love in itself.

 What is your current favourite fashion piece in your wardrobe?

Oh, dear! I have so many, I am finding it hard to choose one. I love my red lipsticks. I wear them every day, Lol!
