Moving into a new house is always exciting - from the moment you get the keys, to finding all the nooks and crannies you didn't spot when you first came to view it.
But one lucky couple couldn't believe their luck when they were told what was underneath the floorboards of the home office in their new home.
Mark and Jenny Ronsman, both 39, had been told when they bought their house three years ago in Wisconsin, US, there was a hot tub in one of the rooms.
An elderly lady had lived in their property prior to them, but as she got older, she stopped using it and covered it over instead of taking it out.
But it's taken the couple three and a half years since they moved in to even start fixing it up.
Mark uploaded the before and after picture to his Facebook account and was inundated with likes and comments.
Mark wrote: "When we bought this house, we knew there was a hot tub in this room. But the elderly woman who sold us the house said they got older and stopped using it, so they converted it to an office.
"She showed us an old photo of it filled with water and people back in the day but it didn't really give you a good feel for how the hot tub looked itself.
"One of the first things I did when we moved in was tear up that carpet and figure out what was going on.
"I was pleased to find the tile in the hot tub looks beautiful! And it's super deep! I'm just now finally getting to fixing it up to run again. Hopefully soon while this lockdown is going on."
Mark told LADbible that the hot tub should be ready for its first use in the next two to four weeks.
A pool technician has checked it over and given it the green light, so once the couple clean all the tiles, flush and clean the pipes and fill it up, it’s good to go.
And it turns out that’s not the only thing Mark’s fixing up, he's also seeing how can do-up his 1950's shuffle bowler arcade machine.
