Four ways to naturally get a breast lift

Breasts come in so many shapes and sizes, and these are traits that are inherited genetically. Breasts normally sag due to the loss of elasticity in the breast tissue. This tissue is made up fat cells, glandular tissue, and ligaments.

Sagging breasts are generally a result of the natural changes and developments that a woman experiences throughout her life. However, this can result in the loss of one’s confidence and self-love.

Society has made most women feel as though having sagging breasts is something to be embarrassed about. There is nothing wrong with going through the natural changes of womanhood, but if you want a non-invasive solution, below are a few tips and tricks that you can try so you can get your confidence back.

Exercise

Breasts don’t necessarily have muscle in them, so they can’t exactly firm up with exercise. However, beneath the breasts are fibrous connective tissues and muscles that support the breasts. These muscles can be exercised for a natural lift.

Examples of some exercises are push ups, swimming, bench presses and t-planks, where you start in a push up position, and twisting your body sideways to raise each arm upwards at a time.

An easy exercise that you can try right now is by flexing your breasts. Yes, flexing the muscles beneath your breasts, by contracting and relaxing them, is a quick every-day solution that we can all easily do.

Diet

Protein builds muscle, which is beneficial for the muscles beneath your breasts. Opt for lean sources of protein such as chicken, beans, eggs and nuts over fatty proteins such as red meat and pork. Avoid smoking or consuming alcohol and caffeine as these contribute o sagging breasts.

Additionally, try maintaining an optimal body weight and size. Excess weight puts pressure on the skin tissue, reducing its elasticity and causing breasts to sag.

Good posture

Maintaining an upright back, with shoulders straight back puts less pressure and tension on the breast tissue. Constantly having a hunched back causes breasts to hang by their own weight, resulting in sagging over time.

Massage

Massage therapy gives the muscles beneath breasts a mini workout. Aloe vera gel and almond oil can be used to massage the area to tighten the tissues and muscles. Massaging also stimulates blood flow and aloe vera gel and almond oil prevent wrinkled skin. Win-win!
