All it takes is starting with one or a few of them and before you know it a habit is formed. If you already do this you are on your way to a fulfilling life many will desire.

Here are 10 things you should strive to do every day

Pray-Never take waking up every morning for granted. Thank God for the gift of life. It is not our will to be alive but God’s will, therefore, we need to express gratitude. Prayer also makes us forget our worries and we’re able to seek guidance.

Spend time with loved ones-This is a great source of happiness and being lonely can lead to depression and stress-related illnesses. You need to socialize with friends and engage family for support and to build a healthy relationship with your family.

Drink plenty of water-Water is not only good for your health but also it gives you energy and makes us hydrated. It also helps to clear the skin and prevent dehydration.

Eating healthy-Watch what you eat and consume on a daily basis. Staying healthy improves one’s metabolism and immune system. This means more vegetables and fruits.

Exercise-Other than health benefits and keeping fit, exercising makes you smarter, it improves sleep and it makes you feel active by reducing fatigue and stress.

Get enough sleep-Lack of sleep can lead to all manner of stress including sickness. You need to rest enough so that the brain can be able to function well to be able to increase performance and learning.

Challenge yourself-Push yourself. You need to make a little effort daily to strengthen and improve your mind. Get out of your comfort zone and try something new. Laugh-They say laughter is the best medicine and it is true! Take life with a light touch and laugh every chance you get. Humor helps one to cope with stress and improve the immune system.

Stretch-When you step out of bed it is important to do simple stretches. This will make your limbs not to tighten and be stiff. Treat everyone with kindness-It does not cost a thing to be kind to others and you need to be kind to yourself as well! The effects of this will amaze you.
