I always end up dating jokers, how do I attract decent men?

Dear Roxanne, I need some advice on my dating life. Ever since I started dating, I just attract losers and lowlifes. I don’t understand why normal, decent guys don’t ask me out. I am tired of meeting the wrong type of men. I want to meet someone with no issues for a long-term relationship, but I do not know where to find such a man. Please help.
