Kiongozi wa mashtaka katika mahakama ya ICC Louis Moreno Ocampo amesema kwamba atawataja watu sita miongoni mwao viongozi wa ODM na PNU na hata wafanyibiashara ifikapo mwezi ujao kwa kuhusika na ghasia za baada ya uchaguzi mkuu uliopita.Aidha Ocampo amesema mahakama ya icc itahakikisha hatua kali zimechukluliwa dhidi ya wale waliopanga vita hivyo vilivyopelekea vifo vya watu takriban 1300 na zaidi ya nusu milioni kukosa makao. Vilevile akaongezea kwamba wanasiasa walioenda Hague hawatozuia mahakama hiyo kufanya uchunguzi huru dhidi ya ghasia hizo .
