Cheese wreath, anyone?

As you give your main meal final touches, let your guests mingle and catch-up while they nibble on cheese, crackers and cold meats with a glass of eggnog and juice for the children.

250g cheddar cheese, cubed

250g blue cheese, cubed

250g feta cheese, cubed

250g swiss cheese, cubed

250g gouda cheese, cubed

10-15 cherry tomatoes

1 red colored pepper

Strings of fresh rosemary


On a large round dinner plate, arrange the cheese cubes in sections into the shape of a wreath then the cherry tomatoes on top like ornaments and finally put the rosemary strings round the edge of the plate

Cut the bottom of the red pepper. Peel some skin off the remaining pepper into two (2) strips.

Place at the bottom of the wreath like a bow.

Serve with cold meats
