Let's make this delicious spicy Kenyan T-bone fry. The meat from the t-bone cut is usually very tender and today we're making some wet fry out of it.
What you will need:
1kg T-bone steak, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon meat spice
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Mbuzi wet fry 'goat fry'

1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
What to do:
In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil, saute the meat until brown, and add the onions. Add the ginger powder, meat spice, black pepper and paprika, mix well, add the salt, then add the vinegar and water.
Bring to a simmer and cook until all the liquid has evaporated, the sauce is thick enough to coat the beef and the meat is super tender, about 20-25 minutes or until you can see the oils bubbling up (if your beef is a tough cut you will want to cook it in a pressure cooker to soften it).
T-bone steak is just the percentage of meat that cooks in no time.
Serve with rice or ugali on the side. Enjoy!
