Fight flabby arms with these moves

Losing arm fat, especially the flab on the back of the arm, can be a major issue for most ladies. However, there are a few things if done correctly, can promote fat loss and help regain desired shape and tone.

Cut the snacks: Plan your meals in such a way that you avoid sugary foods that can contribute to additional calories in your body as a whole. These unwanted calories get deposited and stored in areas you least expect such as the arms, tummy, upper back, thighs or other areas, therefore, making them look flabby or uneven.

Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water as often as possible. It controls unnecessary hunger pangs and cravings, and enables you to stave off cravings for sugary drinks such as sodas, which are dense in calories. Water also plays a big role as a purifying agent by removing toxins that can interfere with the skin.

Start right: Always make sure you have a healthy breakfast to kick start your day. Doing this will not only give you the energy you need but it will also reduce your eating habits later in the day. People who skip breakfast have a tendency to snack throughout the day because the body lacks that sufficient energy to push them through.

Do your Fs and Vs: Increase your portions of fruit and veggies and do less fats and carbs. The main purpose of carbs is to boost your energy levels but when there is excess, it will be stored in the body as fat. Fruits and veggies will allow your body to use the stored fat for energy and improve your immune system and body functions.

Exercise: There are also easy exercises that you can incorporate to the above. Just remember that they can only be effective if done repetitively and on regular basis not only in the gym but also at your home.

TIP: Try bench or chair dips. Here you only need a chair, bench or bed. Something which is a little bit higher to the ground but stable enough. With your body slightly extended, both arms holding either of the tools and your body facing the opposite direction, do a few repetitions the push down way then coming back up. It works well because it also tone your back. Other effective exercises for your arms are bicep curls, push ups, arms scissors and arms circles. Doing the above will not only give you the arms you want, but your whole body will also look better.
