300g sausage meat
150g cream cheese
4/6 slices of bread, with edges trimmed
1. Pre-heat your oven to 3500F (1750C)
2. Grease the bottom of a 9X11 inches baking tin or casserole dish.
3. Cook the sausages meat in a pan until crumbly and beginning to brown. Stir in the cream cheese into the cooked sausage meat.
4. Remove from the heat.
5. Dip the bread slices in milk then lay some bread slices on the bottom of the baking tray, spread the sausage meat mixture on with the remaining bread slices. Cover with foil paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can bake this the night before and warm with the microwave the following morning before serving.
