Wawakilishi wa ofisi ya Kiongozi wa Mashtaka wa Mahakama ya ICC wamekutana na kamati ya serikali inayoshughulikia kesi za ghasia za uchaguzi huku wakiripoti kuahidiwa kwamba serikali itashirikiana nao kufanikisha kesi hizo huko hauge. Lakini haya yanajiri wakati ambapo mkuu wa sheria Amos Wako ametangaza kwamba watakata rufaa dhidi ya maamuzi ya ICC yalioashiria kwamba Kenya haina uwezo wa kutekeleza kesi hizo humu nhcini. Na kuibua swala la azma ya serikali kuhakikisha kesi ya hauge imekamilika.
