The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has faulted Senate Speaker Ekwe Ethuro for accusing the Judiciary of undermining the House by issuing court orders against decisions it makes in line with devolution.
Speaking after chairing the LSK Special General Meeting, Chairman Eric Mutua insisted that the High Court had the mandate to interpret the law on it discretion without coercion.
