Jacque Maribe has finally tasted freedom after 32 days of detention in police custody and Lang'ata Women's prison

The High Court in Nairobi granted Maribe a bond of KSh 2 million and an alternative of KSh 1 million cash bail with three sureties of same.

Itumbi who stood by Maribe through her difficult times in the courtroom and even worked with her family at the deputy registrar's offices in a bid to secure her freedom was happy to announce his bosom friend was free at last.

Kenyans had initially told off Itumbi over his public display of affection for his special friend to go slow could not stop making fun at Itumbi for his celebrations, insinuating the two former love birds would have a good time
