#RIPKasee: Kenyans mourn Churchill show comedian

Kenyans are mourning popular Churchill show comedian Joseph Musyoki Kivindu, after he was found dead on Sunday evening, June 28, in Kinoo, Kiambu County.

The circumstances leading to the death of the comedian are still unclear. However, Kenya Comedians Society Chairman, Ken Waudo said investigations were launched to establish what caused his death.

Kenyan comedian Daniel Ndambuki aka Churchill and the host of the Churchill show took to social media and confirmed Kasee’s death.

“A really sad way to end the week… it is a bitter pill to swallow but then we cannot question God’s plans… My deepest condolences to the family & friends of Kasee… May your hearts find peace from the almighty,” said Churchill.

Other Kenyans also took to social media and paid their last respects to the comedian.

Dennis Kiplimo: Death is so cruel. It has robbed us of a promising comedian. Kasee will forever be remembered and will always be in the hearts of many. This is indeed a big loss to the comedy industry.

Hanna Mwangi:  Ate kasee.... You'll be remembered by many rip champ.. To the family and Churchill show fans take it easy we are all in this journey.
