Today we make lobster boil.
Ingredients:
4 whole lobsters
2-3 lemons cut into halves
2 litres water
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil the water in a large pot.
Add the salt, lobsters and lemon.
Cover and boil for about 13 minutes.
Remove the lobsters from the pot and set aside.
For the sauce:
4 onions, sliced
150g margarine
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons fish masala
1 teaspoon onion powder
Juice of 4 lime
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 glass water
Method:
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, add the margarine and saute the onion until soft.
Add the garlic mince and mix well.
Add all the powdered spices, salt and sugar.
Cook until fragrant.
Now pour in the water and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with the sauce and ugali. Enjoy!
