An ICT director at IEBC has dismissed Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua's hacking allegations, calling them "ambiguous, unsubstantiated, and without any basis".
Michael Ouma said the electoral commission implemented Kiems and successfully used it to administer the 2017 and 2022 General Elections.
"That the claims that there was a staging area and unauthorised intrusion of the Results Transmission System (RTS) are false as each image was uploaded into the portal immediately after receiving the transmitted result form, verification and addition of a digital signature, contains a timestamp of the time when the image was captured and uploaded in the system and the same has remained available to the public at all times," he said.
