The blonde beauty has allegedly insured her pins and she’s flaunted them so we all know how much they’re worth

Taylor Swift has allegedly insured her pins for a whopping $40 million, which to some might sound extortionate but they certainly looks worth it.

The Shake It Off hitmaker stepped out in a pair of TINY hotpants in West Hollywood on Monday, teaming them with a pair of sky-high heels just to showcase her enviable pins.

Taylor went for a spot of shopping in California, where she wore a cropped black top with a pair of high-waisted army-green hot pants and heels.

The blonde star looked super-trendy in a black bowler hat and one of our favourite accessories – a medium maroon satchel which she draped over one shoulder.

Earlier today, it was reported that Taylor Swift is insuring her legs for $40 million.

The Blank Space hitmaker, who is known for her spectacular pins as well as her musical talents, now won't be at risk of losing everything if she was unable to dance on stage.

It is thought the star's team looked into how much they were worth in case anything happened during her routines.

A source said: "It seems like a ludicrous sum, but if something was to happen to her legs, Swift wouldn't be able to give her signature stage performances.

"Her $200 million career would be in big trouble."

The 25-year-old singer, who showed off her incredible legs in a short suit at The Brit Awards last month, was believed to be "embarrassed" once she found out how much her pins were worth.

The insider added to National Enquirer magazine: "She thought her legs were possibly worth a million.

"But $40 million shocked her. She's even a little embarrassed about it."

Her team is now said to be completing the paperwork in time for her world tour, which begins in May.
