Prime minister Raila Odinga will be on the spot this week following reports that the world bank revealed massive theft of billions of public funds under the Kazi kwa vijana project supervised by his office. A section of members of parliament and human rights activists want Raila to take responsibility for the alleged loss of the money and step aside.
