This then begs the question; how do you shave it right? Being a sensitive are, it will need more care than most other parts you have to shave.

Here are a few tips on how to shave miss V the right way:

Trim the pubic hair first

While this part of the body is highly sensitive; you can start by trimming any excess hair first using a scissor to reduce the extra inches.

You can also use a hair trimmer to reduce the hair to a few centimeters long, this way, it becomes easier to shave because you have a clear view of the area you are working on.

Shave

Note that the pubic hair is the thickest hair on your entire body, therefore, you’ll require a new shaving machine or disposable razor blade each time.

Remember to shave going on a single direction, don’t just shave any how as this could cause ingrown hair. Also as you move towards the vaginal opening, be more careful because this part is more sensitive and prone to redness and cuts.

Safely exfoliate

Removing dead skin is also crucial when you are planning to shave as this will help you shave up to the roots. It is important to be careful with this process as you could easily damage your skin.

People have different skins, therefore, choose an exfoliating product that best suits your skin type.

Do not irritate hair follicle

It is important to shave in the direction of hair growth; this way you avoid irritating the hair follicle.

Shaving in multiple directions can lead to cuts and ingrowth. You should always go for a sharp razor to help you lighten the strokes.

Moisturize after shaving

Follow up the shaving process with a moisturizer that is fragrant free. If you intend to go out shortly after shaving, apply powder on the shaved area to prevent rubbing or chafing.

Baby powders are highly recommended. Your skin will be dry after all the exfoliation; you will also need to rehydrate using a scent-free lotion.
