Losing weight doesn’t begin and end in the gym. There is no one magic trick that can give you the results you want.

First, you need to understand that losing weight is a time-consuming journey and you must hang in there.

In addition to staying active and some lifestyle changes, you may also want to consider introduction of organic fruits into your diet as they are essential in keeping your cholesterol down and fighting diseases.

This is because fruits are nutrient dense and jam packed with essential minerals while also being high on fiber and water which also keep you well hydrated.

Other than being a substitute to sweet foods that are usually unhealthy in most cases, the right fruits will help you reach your desired body goal.

Before we get started, it is important to note that you shouldn’t over indulge in fruits. A fruit that fits in your hand or one cup of fruit salad should be enough.

  • Apples
  • According to some studies, apples have been shown to be beneficial in weight loss. Because they are high in fiber, they help in digestion by speeding it up and are more filling.

    They are low in sugar and calories and the flavonoids help burn body fat making them almost perfect for cutting down on the extra pounds. The antioxidants also decrease risks of diabetes, cancer and heart diseases.

  • Watermelon
  • High in water content watermelons are rich in vitamins, amino acids, potassium and antioxidants. Other than keeping your body hydrated, reducing inflammation and improving heart health, they happen to be a serious fat burner as a result of arginine, an amino acid.

    They also keep you feeling full for a longer period thus cutting down on food you would otherwise be reaching out for.
